Who we are
Nothing But Organic Coffee is the culmination of a journey that begun back in 2015, when uncle & nephew duo Mitch and Matt Kane first got their hands on a coffee roaster. Having been lifelong admirers of specialty roasted coffee, but craving something new, they decided to stop sitting on the sidelines and began experimenting with the flavours and profiles they themselves loved best. The idea was simple; source the highest quality beans, ensure they are ethically farmed and processed, and keep things 100% organic.
The end result was the development of an award winning range of premium organic blends that are guaranteed to satisfy every flavour preference. Nothing But strongly values the principles on which it was founded, which is why each and every roast produced continues to be 100% organic and 100% fair trade, without exception.
Our Blends
We’ve worked hard to develop a premium range of organic espresso blends that will satisfy every flavour preference, enjoyable through any brew method you desire. Try our medium blend for a beautifully well balanced flavour experience, or go dark if you prefer a little bite to your bean.
Espresso Medium Roast
Life’s too short to drink bad coffee, and we’ll let your tastebuds do the talking when it comes to our flagship medium roast. Combining our Peru, Nicaragua and Papau New Guinea beans, this nuanced blend is roasted to perfection and guaranteed to satisfy every palate it comes up against.
Espresso De-caf
We don’t believe in discriminating against our caffeine-free counterparts, so we set out to create a de-caf roast with the same care, passion and precision found in all our other blends. The result? A rich and flavoursome espresso experience that may just convert some of the stoutest caffeine connoisseurs. Our Swiss Water-Processed decaf roast will have you questioning whether you ever need to go back to caffeine again!
Espresso Dark Roast
Kick your palate into overdrive! Our dark espresso roast is tailored towards those who like a little bite to their beans, without compromising on the subtle flavours or smooth aromas that this hand-crafted blend has to offer. We first combine the well-balanced citrus, cocoa and nutty flavours of our Peru, Nicaragua and Papau New Guinea beans, then throw an Indian Robusta into the mix to really kick things up a notch. Roasted hotter throughout its development to bring out the boldest flavours these beans have to offer, our dark roast is sure to get your engine running.
